Atlantic Well Drilling in North Eastham is a full-service Water Supply and Geothermal Contractor serving Cape Cod since 1970.

Our range of services, primarily for residential and commercial applications, includes Water Supply Wells, Installation of Water Systems, Water Filters, Service/Repair including emergency service and Geothermal Heating & Cooling Systems; a rapidly growing industry.

We are looking for full-time field service technicians to join our busy company. We have a great team of people and offer competitive wages based on level of skill. We offer solid year-round work. We will train you to our specific skill set that you will use throughout your career. You will be able to diagnose and service multiple facets of the industry.

Helpful and Preferred Experience (will train right candidate):

• Electrical
• Plumbing
• HVAC
• Ability to operate and tend machinery and heavy equipment.

Our Ideal Candidate

You have a strong work ethic, a great attitude and are polite with customers. You take direction well and can follow instructions from supervisors. Once trained, you can diagnose, fix issues, and complete projects within a reasonable time frame.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

• Travel to and from job sites on Cape Cod and The Islands
• Field environment
• Overtime as required
• Reaching above, below, stooping and bending
• Loading and unloading heavy materials, digging trenches, backfilling holes
